Potret Kekerasan terhadap Tokoh Anak pada Novel Bunda Aku Nggak Suka Dipukul karya Jaquenza Eden

Abstract

The portrayal of child abuse in the novel Bunda Aku Nggak Suka Dipukul by Jaquenza Eden is the focus of this research. The research problem is examined using the theory of literary work structure, sociology of literature, and child abuse. The data source is the novel Bunda Aku Nggak Suka Dipukul by Jaquenza Eden, published by PT. Sembilan Cahaya Abadi in 2023. Data on violence against child characters in the novel 'Bunda Aku Nggak Suka Dipukul' by Jaquenza Eden was collected through several steps, starting from reading, understanding the novel, marking, recording, and inventorying data on violence against child characters in the story using an inventory format. Analysis of data by classifying data using a format, , interpreting, and drawing conclusions from the data analysis results. The findings obtained: first, the characteristics of violence against child characters include repeated violence and violence having a negative impact on all family members, both those involved in violence and those who are not. Second, the forms of violence are physical, psychological, and social violence. Third, the factors causing violence are internal (internal) and external (external) factors. Fourth, the impacts are physical, psychological, and mental disorders.
