Potret Kenakalan Remaja dalam Novel Teenlit 3600 Detik Karya Charon

Abstract

This study aims to describe: (1) the forms of juvenile delinquency in the Teenlit 3600 Detik novel by Charon, (2) the causes of juvenile delinquency in the Teenlit 3600 Detik novel by Charon, and (3) the impact of juvenile delinquency in the Teenlit 3600 Detik novel by Charon. This study is a literary study using a descriptive method. The data in this study are in the form of words, phrases, clauses, or sentences related to juvenile delinquency and in the form of narrator narratives, character speech, character actions, contained in the Teenlit 3600 Detik novel by Charon. The data collection technique used in this study is the recording technique and then inventorying the data into a data inventory format. The findings of this study include (1) Forms of juvenile delinquency consisting of three, namely juvenile delinquency in the form of threats to the property rights of others in the form of objects, threats to the safety of the lives of others and oneself, and juvenile delinquency in the form of other minor delinquent acts (2) Causes of juvenile delinquency consisting of internal and external factors (3) Impacts of juvenile delinquency consisting of impacts on the teenager himself, on the family and on the community environment.
