Research on the affixation process is crucial for understanding how words are formed with affixes. The aim of this study is to describe the affixation process in conjunction with reduplication in the novel "DYJTMA" by Tere Liye. This includes an exploration of the types of affixes and the processes involved in creating affixations that incorporate reduplication. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using a corpus linguistic method, specifically utilizing the KORTARA application, which is part of the Korpus Nusantara corpus linguistic database. The data for this research consists of affixed words that are combined with reduplication, sourced from the Indonesian novel "DYJTMA" by Tere Liye. The data collection technique involves documentation using the KORTARA application. For data analysis, computational linguistic analysis techniques are employed. The findings of this research reveal two main aspects. First, the types of affixes combined with reduplication include five categories: prefixes, which appear in one hundred nineteen instances; suffixes, present in twenty instances; infixes, found in one instance; confixes, identified in sixteen instances; and combinations of affixes, observed in seven instances. Second, the processes of forming affixation combined with reduplication can be categorized into three distinct methods. The first method involves applying affixation to the basic form before reduplication, following the pattern where the basic form plus affix results in a new word. The second method involves duplicating the basic form first and then adding an affix, leading to a new word. The third method consists of applying an affix and reduplication simultaneously to the basic form, resulting in a rephrased word.
